REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any unsatisfactory item.

Return Eligibility

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us: Please contact our Customer Service team at support@monogee.shop and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

Repackaging Items: Ensure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Please include all original packaging and documentation.

Shipping Items: Please ship your item back to the address you provided in your RA confirmation email. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item was sent).

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is eligible for a refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after it is initiated.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, you will receive store credit towards the purchase of a new item.
